Tooling material is available in roll lengths of 5, 10 and 20 meters at 1m and 1.25m widths, or cut into squares.
Typically, 650gsm 2x2 twill carbon fibre is recommended as a bulking ply for the manufacture of carbon fibre composite mould tools, in conjunction with 200gsm 2x2 twill, to create mould tools in a 1:8:1 layup.
